Booking Process

1. Submit Your Inquiry

Complete the inquiry form with your event date, location, estimated guest count, and any details you’d like to share. I’ll review everything and get back to you as soon as possible.

2. Receive Your Personalized Quote

Every event is unique. I’ll create a customized quote based on your guest count, event type, and any special requests.

3. Reserve Your Date

To officially reserve your event, a 30% retainer and signed agreement are required. Once those are received, your date is secured.

4. Planning Your Event

We’ll finalize your menu, timeline, and event details together. Your final guest count and remaining balance are due 14 days before your event.

5. Event Day

I’ll arrive to set up, style, and serve your grazing experience so you can relax and enjoy your guests. When the event is over, I’ll handle the cleanup, too.
